    The creditor purchased two properties of $9.5 million in December 2010. Upon signing of temporary purchase agreement, he gave the vendor, a limited company, a deposit of $950,000. When preparing the formal purchase agreement, the creditor, however, was informed that a liquidation petition was filed against the limited company. All its bank accounts and properties were frozen accordingly.

    The creditor designed a website for a USA-owned company. After project, it issued an invoice to the debtor, who suddenly closed down. The person-in-charge returned to its headquarters in the United States and had no reply to the creditor’s email for months.

    • Our lawyers issued legal letter to the company headquarters in USA directly.
    • The company headquarters proposed a resolution to the creditors.
